Easter Seals A.R.T. (Artistic Realization Technologies) provides hands on creative expression for children and adults with disabilities. The artists work with "trackers" via a laser or a point method to create one-of-a-kind paintings. The trackers are volunteers who become the hands and arms of the artists by taking directives from them to create the pieces. A.R.T. was developed by artist Tim Lefens in New Jersey for artists with disabilities to have full choice and control in creating their art. Mary Lynn Nelson, a Little Rock artist, introduced A.R.T. to Easter Seals Arkansas.
Easter Seals A.R.T. provides the artists an opportunity to create art with no boundaries.
